We need a group 8 grade 5 & 6 parents to help transport instruments from Junior Campus to Royal Vale School on April 23rd as of 1pm, and assembly of the rafters.
We also need 8 grade 5 & 6 parents to help take down the rafters and transport instruments back to Junior Campus after the concert on Thursday, the 24th.
Volunteers will have reserved seating for the concert
Home and School is excited to announce our second Community Book Fair, where students will once again have the chance to shop for gently used books at amazing prices—just a buck or two! The event will take place at the school, and all proceeds will go directly to Willingdon Home and School.
There will be separate book fairs at each campus on May 15th. The Junior book fair will run 9am – 3pm, the Senior book fair will be 1:30 – 3:30pm.
Books and puzzles will be priced between $1 – $5.
To make this event a success, we need your help! Please consider donating gently-used books, as well as complete puzzles or games. Your donations will give our kids an opportunity to find new reading treasures while supporting our school. This new format also aligns with our commitment to Green initiatives, by encouraging reuse and reducing waste.

Donations can be dropped of at the Royal side entrance of Junior Campus, just outside the office.

We need volunteers to sort books and setup evening of May 13th & 14th.
Nominated movies will be screened during the Film Festival night on May 1st, 2025 at the gym of senior campus to our Willingdon community.

By registering with a $20 membership, you help us maintain our affiliation with the Quebec Federation Home and School Association (QFHSA). This partnership provides crucial support for our organization, including event insurance and advocacy for English language schools in Quebec.
Family membership is optional but highly recommended. To stay under the QFHSA’s umbrella, we need at least 10% of parents to register.
In addition to organizing a variety of enjoyable activities, such as the Annual Corn Roast, Pizza Lunches, Teacher & Staff Appreciation Week, FroYo events, Kindergarten Holiday Celebration, Grade 6 Graduation, Halloween Festivities, Book Fair, School Supply Kit Sales, and more, we also support the Family Support Fund. This fund raises money to assist families in need within the Willingdon community, covering essentials like lunches, fees, and school supplies.
