Corn Roast
Friday, September 26 we’ll be hosting the annual Corn Roast at Senior Campus spilling into Loyola Park.
Home & School Membership (2025-2026)
We need 30% of Willingdon families to hold a Home & School membership this year. Why? Because without it, we can’t: Keep our bank account open, Get insurance for school events, Stay under the QHFSA umbrella. No membership = no pizza days, no froyo, no Corn Roast, no foam parties… basically no fun. Membership is just a small step for parents, but a giant leap for Willingdon kids! Soaked, Smiling, and Seriously Thankful!
A massive shoutout to everyone who came out for the Grand Finale—whether you were chasing kids through the laser tag arena, getting repeatedly dunked in the dunk tank, or helping us herd the chaos with a smile.
Grand Finale
Friday June 6, 2025, 5-9pm. Thanks to successful fundraising and the careful use of funds, all activities are FREE and we will be offering one hot dog, drink and snack per person. To reduce line-ups and accurately predict food quantities, RSVP for the food portion of this event is required.
Food Drive Recap
Thanks SO much to Willingdon School for your participation in our Food Drive. A total of 595 food donations were collected! The food went to refill the pantry at Auberge Transition, to the women who help support Le Mouvement contre le viol et l’inceste and directly to some local families.
Willingdon Student Film Festival
We would like to invite you to the Willingdon Student Film Festival movie night on Thursday, May 1st, 6pm-8pm at the gym of Willingdon’s Senior Campus. Please confirm your attendance via the registration form. Registration is mandatory as places are limited.
Willingdon Food Drive
April 7-11, 2025: Willingdon Food Drive. Volunteers needed to organize donations and keep count each day, especially at Senior campus.
Spring Concert setup and takedown volunteers needed
April 23 + 24, 2025: We need a group 8 grade 5 & 6 parents to help with the heavy lifting of transporting instruments from Junior Campus to Royal Vale School on April 23rd as of 1pm, and assembly of the rafters. We also need 8 grade 5 & 6 parents to help take down the rafters and transport instruments back to Junior Campus after the concert on Thursday, the 24th.
Community Book Fair
May 15, 2025 at both Campuses. Donations can be dropped of at the Royal side entrance of Junior Campus, just outside the office. We’re also looking for volunteers to support our collection initiative beforehand, and to sort books and setup evening of May 13th & 14th.
